1. Service provider

QuarKod is a QR code generation service provided by Nikolai Podlesnykh PR, Novi Sad, Republic of Serbia.

2. Description of the service

QuarKod allows free generation of static QR codes for URLs, text, phone numbers, SMS messages, email and Wi-Fi networks. No registration is required to use the free features.

QR codes are generated in real time and are not stored on the server. You are free to use the generated QR codes for personal and commercial purposes.

3. Acceptable use

By using QuarKod, you agree to:

• Not use the service to generate QR codes that link to illegal, harmful or fraudulent content • Not attempt to disrupt the service, including but not limited to DDoS attacks, automated mass requests or exploitation of vulnerabilities • Not use the service in a way that violates the laws of the Republic of Serbia or any other applicable jurisdiction • Be at least 16 years of age

4. Service limitations

The number of QR code generation requests per user is limited to protect the stability of the service. QuarKod reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.

QuarKod does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Occasional downtime due to maintenance, updates or technical issues may occur.

5. Intellectual property

The name "QuarKod", logo, website design and source code are the intellectual property of Nikolai Podlesnykh PR.

QR codes you generate are yours — we claim no rights over the content they encode.

6. Disclaimer of liability

The service is provided "as is", without any warranties, express or implied.

QuarKod is not liable for:

• Content that QR codes link to — you are responsible for the URLs and data you enter • Any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service • Loss of data or business interruption • Actions of third parties who scan your QR codes

7. Age requirement

QuarKod is intended for users who are at least 16 years old. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

8. Changes to these terms

QuarKod reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. The date of the last update is indicated at the top of this page.

Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes arising from the use of the service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court in Novi Sad, Republic of Serbia.
